Successful people who hit the goals in their fields, have profound and productive life experiences by overcoming the ups and downs.

Fails, flops, and burnout state are the constant partners of fortune.

At first, we think an endless serene existence is a good fortune. However, it’s a deep misconception.

All great people, having the enormous number of envious people, went over the difficulties and they were probably on the verge. They were on the brink to be ruined and even moral decayed.

Just a few people are able to transform like a phoenix from its ashes after it had been completely burned. It’s hard to believe but every person who stands at the summit went through this process not only once.

We know many examples based on the books series “Life of Remarkable People” («Жизнь замечательных людей»): Putting a tremendous number of effort leds to the success, — they worked on themselves and they could set their priorities.

The life path is tricky and it’s always full of challenges. Let’s take a look at the person who has strength and will, he works hard to pass through their difficulties to achieve the goal. He forgets to have meal, take rest, or even sleep. Eventually, we see an exhausted person with burn-out syndrome. Either success was easily to achieve or the critical comments that given were too convincing, or even before the end he realized he was on the wrong direction and in vain, the man would get into the psychological tragedy.

Burn-out is a term first used in a psychological journal in 1974. Burn-out is a physical and mental collapse due to work-related stress. Another term related to burn-out syndrome is emotional exhaustion which means a person is unable to go on anything for days, weeks, or month.

Let’s untwine the spiral. So, why does a person postpone anything including routine activities and lose the desire to live and enjoy?

He is burning out. How did it turn out like this? Because he imposed the idea that he needs to work all the time. But where did he find this idea from?

People with burn-out syndrome usually are creative and starring. They are imposed to be like that. This happens to them because of perfectionism. Could the reason be notorious overstrain or self-devaluation?

I have done a lot of readings on psychology. All the authors mention the same things and give typical advices. The advices are hardly accomplished by a person who got trapped in self-destruction. There is only one conclusion: only he himself can help him go through the emotional exhaustion. By believing in himself, thinking this state as a process of catharsis.

Burn-out is widely spread among people who their jobs is highly required with a good communication skill. Marcantonio Caltabiano, an associated professor at University of Padova, with other scientists have been publishing the results which says: most commonly burnout syndrome occurs among priests and physicians. The desire to help the patient in the spiritually or physically aspect may lead to the psychological internal devastation. That’s why we have many cynical doctors and coldhearted priests.

You need to keep your private space and inner world in harmony and let no one invades into there. It’s necessary to separate your life from your even if it means a lot for you.

You should not try to put on a superhero costume and expecting applauds from saved casualties. Kindness enjoy the quietness and secrecy. Only then you can protect yourself from vanity. There is nothing in the world which requires bustling actions, chase and excitation. All of these lead to frustration and it’s not only influence emotional state.

Be aware to the flame, don’t burn yourself.
